* Perfect Bind uses the Spine Thickness above to build the cover's wraparound Open Size, auto-calculated as you fill in the form (or type your own value).
* Wire Bind & Saddle Stitch have no wraparound spine — covers are treated as flat panels, so Spine is ignored (set to 0) automatically.
* Cover Print Option decides Printing Side (Single = 1, Double = 2) used only in Cover : # of Sheet. Content : # of Sheet is always its own 2-side logic and never uses Spine or Cover Printing Side — it only reacts to Content Print Option (Blank Page needs 0 Impression Set).
* Sheet quantities and impression sets are taken automatically from the machine results below (via the machine dropdown) — only prices / rates need to be entered here.
* Paper Price per Pack is auto-filled from the standard price list when you choose a Cover / Content Material and GSM that is available in the list. You can still overwrite it manually.

* Print Option is taken from the Information panel; Impression Set is taken from the selected machine result.
BINDING COST
* Quantity is taken automatically from Book Quantity in the Information panel. Default rate is auto-filled based on Binding Type (Perfect Bind RM200 / Saddle Stitch RM250 / Wire Bind RM300) and can be overwritten.
LAMINATE & SPOT UV COST
* Side is taken from the Lamination choice above (Front = 1 side, Both = 2 side). Quantity is taken from Book Quantity. Spot UV only runs if the "Spot UV" checkbox is ticked.
HOT STAMP COST
* Only applied if the "Hot Stamping" checkbox in COVER > Other Finishing is ticked. Running Count is taken from Book Quantity (per 1000).
EMBOSS COST
* Only applied if the "Emboss" checkbox in COVER > Other Finishing is ticked. Running Count is taken from Book Quantity (per 1000).
