* Wire Bind & Saddle Stitch have no wraparound spine — covers are treated as flat panels, so Spine is ignored (set to 0) automatically.
* Cover Print Option decides Printing Side (Single = 1, Double = 2) used only in Cover : # of Sheet. Content : # of Sheet is always its own 2-side logic and never uses Spine or Cover Printing Side — it only reacts to Content Print Option (Blank Page needs 0 Impression Set).
* Sheet quantities and impression sets are taken automatically from the machine results below (via the machine dropdown) — only prices / rates need to be entered here.

* Only applied if the "Hot Stamping" checkbox in COVER > Other Finishing is ticked. Running Count is taken from Book Quantity (per 1000).
EMBOSS COST
* Only applied if the "Emboss" checkbox in COVER > Other Finishing is ticked. Running Count is taken from Book Quantity (per 1000).
